Lexmark Response time definitions

- 5-7 business days response time: depending on the country and its region, the service action will take place within a period of 5 to 7 business days after Lexmark received the defective unit in the customer's country location. (valid for Return to Base process only)

- Next business day response time : When a customer is calling on a day before the Lexmark country cut-off time, Lexmark is committing to come on site the next business day and put in place all necesssary actions to have the printer fixed.

- Next business day fix : When a customer is calling on a day before the Lexmark country cut-off time, Lexmark is committing to fix the issue on site the next business day.
