 Unless a longer term is stated on the respective Printing Device, its packaging or its related Lexmark web page, all our products are delivered with a one-year Guarantee service included. This guarantee covers Parts & Labour as common services. For most of our products the Guarantee includes an on site Service during the Guarantee period.
During this time, you will have a free access to our Helpdesk Service that will provide you with a high level technical assistance by phone. Our Helpdesk agents will do their best to answer to your question related to the usage of our printers and/ or to fix the technical issue you may be facing.
Your Helpdesk agent will be a certified Lexmark agent fully trained on our products.
