~ Lexmark brings wireless printing to the public with national roadshows ~

Lexmark is launching a series of UK roadshow events to create wireless experts from even the biggest technophobes in a matter of minutes.
 
Kicking off the tour in London’s Soho Square on Thursday 26th July, a team of printing consultants from Lexmark will visit towns and cities across the country to give advice on how to maximise their wireless networks within the home and home office, by demonstrating the new Lexmark wireless printer range.

In addition to the product demonstrations, goodie bags which include a discount voucher for one of the new wireless All-in-One printers, will be given to visitors.

Beginning in London on July 26, the roadshow will move on to the following venues:

• Reading, August 4
• Milton Keynes, August 18
• Bristol, August 25
• Sheffield, September 1
• Basildon, September 8
• Southampton, September 15

“Our roadshows are bringing wireless to the public and making it accessible to everyone,” said Marcus Harvey, general manager of the Consumer Printer Division at Lexmark. “We want to dispel the myth that wireless technology is only used by businesses and prove that not only is it easy to set up but that it’s a useful asset to any home,” Harvey continued. “It’s all about being more productive in the home and with wireless printing, households with numerous computers are all able to print to the same device, without being physically connected to it, saving time and effort.”

With the introduction of its 2007 inkjet product line, Lexmark will offer the broadest, most affordable range of wireless printers in the market.
