For the fourth year running Lexmark International, the printer manufacturer, has been named ‘Best Printer Vendor’ by Midwich, one of the UK’s leading computer hardware distributors. The award is given to the printer vendor with whom Midwich has achieved the most printer sales over the last year.
Lexmark beat off competition from other major printer vendors, including Xerox, OKI, Brother, Kyocera Mita, Minolta QMS and Samsung, to secure the top spot.
The last year has witnessed a series of major new initiatives from Lexmark to help channel partners further drive sales and improve margins. The 100% Partner Programme was launched last September to meet the demands of resellers targeting small and medium sized businesses. The scheme has been hugely successful with more than 1300 partners signed up to date. Lexmark has also continued to offer compelling promotions and industry-leading after-sales support for resellers.
