Lexmark International, the office printer and printing solutions company today revealed three new managed service offerings to complement its existing programme. This entire range of offerings has been named ValuePrint and is aimed at both channel and business end users.
"Our customers expect flexible offerings when it comes to procuring products and services as well as paying for the printed, copied, faxed and scanned page. These new services offer an unprecedented flexibility to businesses, both large and small," said Jane Cronin, SMB, Marketing and Channels Director, Printing Solutions and Services Division. "We are providing more choice and service levels to our customers and at the same time arming our channel partners with reliable offerings that will make it easier for them to differentiate their solutions and exceed their customers' expectations."
The ValuePrint range offers customers flexible finance and service options, by providing a choice between fixed monthly or usage based payment. This offer applies to all Lexmark business laser products and is a specific offer for enterprises that want to have specialist third parties managing their output devices, including all the services required.

ValuePrint Dealer - is the channel programme, which offers Lexmark resellers a way to combine the hardware, supplies and maintenance into one offer to the end-user with a per cartridge based billing service.
ValuePrint Business - is a composite offer aimed at medium to large businesses containing hardware, supplies and services all rolled into one cost saving usage-based billing. This offer covers everything from installation to maintenance, and help with desk support. It is facilitated by usage and web enabled management information reports.
ValuePrint Premium - is Lexmark's customised offer designed to meet customer specific needs. This can include contract and customer operations management, equipment installation, project management, user training, customised support, provision of supplies, asset management and asset inventory reporting as well as onsite operations personnel.
ValuePrint Outsource - has the same services as above, but is outsourced to Lexmark to manage on the customer's behalf.
The managed services offerings demonstrate Lexmark's commitment to enabling customers to improve the management of their output assets and reduce costs by printing smarter, moving information faster and managing the output environment more effectively.
