Customers purchasing 2, 3 or 4 year service packs for the Lexmark Optra C720, C750, C910 and X720 MFP between 11th March and 29th April 2002 will be entitled to an additional six months cover. Claims must be registered by 6th May 2002.
Purchasers of the service packs benefit from unlimited helpdesk support, access to the national fleet of dedicated Lexmark engineers, genuine Lexmark printer parts, maintenance kits, and 24 x 7 access to Lexmark’s Knowledge Base.
In turn, the service packs ensure a fixed cost of ownership in one payment, no unexpected hidden costs, maximum ‘up time’ of the printer, increased productivity and, ultimately, peace of mind.
