 Where can I obtain information about new Lexmark products ?

All of the brochures are available online, for business printing brochures please select the following:

- Business Printing > Discover Our New Printing Solutions

For Home printing brochures please select the following:

- Home Printing >  Products > Click on Printers

 Which cartridges can I use for my printer ?

There is a table on our website of all the cartridges that correspond to specific printer(s). This can be found by clicking on :

- Site Map (at the very top right hand side of the page)
- Scroll down and select Supplies information
- Click on Lexmark Supplies compatibility chart

 How do I register my printer ?

You can register your printer online by selecting
- Business Printing > Online Printer registration
- Then fill in the online registration card
 
  Where do I get the returns labels from for my Return Programme print cartridges?

You can print your own pre-paid return labels off from our website by following the path:

Lexmark UK Home pageAbout UsEnvironmental Policy > Print your return label

You should attach this label to the boxed empty toner and take it to a post office. It will then be returned to us for recycling.

  Where can I get technical support for my printer?

Troubleshooting information can be located by clicking on :
- Technical Support on the homepage
- Click on the correct printer group and scroll down and select your printer
- This will produce a troubleshooting page and an option to e-mail support.
- To e-mail technical support click on e-mail support, fill in the form including the serial number of the printer. Include a short description of the problem you are experiencing then click on the submit button.

For Inkjet printers call 0207 365 2496. They are open between Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm.

For Laser printers call 0870 7337100 They are open Monday - Friday between 9.30am and 5.00pm

 I have lost my installation disk for my printer or I have updated my PC and require a newer driver -  how can I get new disks?

The majority of the installation drivers needed are available to download from our website.

- Click on  Download Centre
- Select printer drivers
- Select your printer model from the list
- Select your Operating System
- Select the Language you require the drivers to be downloaded in.
- Double click on the version of the driver you require (the latest version will have the latest date) in blue writing and follow the instructions that appear.

 Where can I get an instruction manual for my printer?

For the more recent printers, the manual is actually installed onto your PC from the installation disks, so can be accessed directly. Alternatively, the majority of the manual are available to download from the website. These can be obtained as followed :

- Select Technical Support
- Select your printer model
- This will produce a page Technical Support scroll to the bottom of the page and click on publications
- This will provide you with PDF files to download or print off.

 Where can I get a replacement power supply for my printer and how much do they cost ?

You can purchase the power supplies for our printers from our Parts distributor. Express Terminals on 01765 694 000 , where they can give you up to date price information.
