When it is not possible to resolve a device problem remotely, or in the case of warranty service requirements, Service Dispatch will automatically arrange for onsite repair, advanced exchanges or other service for the devices under contract. It provides a single point of contact for customer, service provider and third party support (available when coupled with a Break/Fix Management agreement). For tracking purposes, automatic notification of service call is also provided.

To assure complete compliance with corporate IT standards, Standards Compliance and Configuration Management services provide notification of changes to, and enforcement of, both your corporate IT-approved standards for device settings and firmware settings. Device setting standards include feature and options configurations using the operator panel; firmware settings are the micro-code levels for Lexmark-managed devices.
